Service providers and hosting
This website and the services that support it are operated using third-party providers who may process information on our behalf. Our current providers are:
- Lovable — builds, hosts and runs this website, and stores contact enquiries in the website's managed database.
- Resend — delivers email relating to enquiries, including notifications to our staff and replies to visitors.
- GoDaddy — registers our domain name and manages its DNS records.
- Google Cloud — hosts the company's filing system, where enquiry records are retained.
Each provider handles personal information only as needed to deliver its service to us, and we remain responsible for how your information is handled.
Overseas processing
Our filing system is hosted in Google Cloud's Australian regions, so enquiry records are stored in Australia. Other service providers may store or process information outside Australia where their own infrastructure is located.
Storage and security
We take reasonable steps to protect personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
Enquiry details are retained indefinitely and are held securely within the company's filing system, hosted on Google Cloud in Australia. Enquiries submitted through this website are first recorded in the website's managed database operated by our website provider (see "Service providers and hosting" above) and are then copied into that filing system, where they are kept.
You can ask us to remove your personal information from our records at any time through our contact page, and we will action that request unless we are required to keep the information.

This website does not currently use analytics or tracking cookies. If this changes, this policy will be updated.
